IOC
QuickView Key™

Welcome to the IOC QuickView Key™ Support Page! On
this page you will find information about how to use your Key and
some basic troubleshooting issues. In addition, you will learn
how to re-load your software, in the event the key is erased.
1. General Instructions on Using The QuickView Key™:
a.
Insert the IOC QuickView Key™ into a USB port
on your XP or Windows 2000 PC.
b.
A window should open showing the files on the key.
i.
If the window does not open, click “My Computer”
from the “Start” menu.
ii.
Locate the “IOC QVK" Drive.
c.
Open the file “QVStart.exe, or, QVStart”
d.
A window will open with the questions, “Do you
wish to delete all the images?” Click “Yes”
or “No”.
e.
In a few moments, the IOC QuickView Browser™
will start.
f.
Click “Patients”, then “Access Remote
Server” to connect to your facility and begin download.
i. If your Server has not
been programmed into the key, you will need to do so. You will need to
know your server's I.P. address (usually your Server Administrator knows
what this is). Click "Patients", then "Access Remote Server" and
highlight (by clicking on) one of the entries. In the box titled
"Destination" type your hospital or imaging center's name (NOTE:
You may not use any commas!) In the "host
name/IP/phone number" box, type the previously mentioned I.P. address
for your server.
For further assistance, call your IOC server administrator within your
facility. Setting the server I.P. address is a one time operation,
unless the I.P. structure changes at the facility. You will be
notified by your administrator if this occurs.
2. To Re-Load Your IOC QuickView Key™ Software:
a. Click here to
download
and save the folder to your desktop.
b.
Open the folder, select all and copy the
contents
(NOT the folder) to the root of your QuickView Key, overwriting existing
files.
