Rick Miller – President/CEO
Rick Miller came to Images-on-Call in 1995 after 16 years in telecommunications engineering and medical applications development - five years with the A.C. Nielsen Company and then eleven years as owner and partner in two engineering and software development firms. Rick has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has done graduate work in Biomedical Engineering at U.T. Health Science Center at Dallas.

Patrick W. Barr, M.D. – Director of Research and Development
Since 1987, Patrick W. Barr, M.D. has been the Director of Research and Development at Images-on-Call. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in engineering; he earned his medical degree in 1983 and actively practices as a Nuclear Medicine Physician. His educational experiences include training at the National Institutes of Health in “Computers in Clinical Medicine”. He holds an appointment as an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. His expertise in medical imaging, user interfaces, image processing and programming has shaped the architecture of the Images-on-Call Teleradiology system since its inception.

Shannon Irving, Vice President/CTO
Shannon started with Images-on-Call in 1990 after 14 years with Hewlett-Packard. Duties beyond Information Technology include product development engineering; ancillary software development in Installshield, VB, Delphi, and other languages; network design and technical support. Shannon is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, Cisco CCNA, and Novell CNA.

Stacey Blackmon – Technical Support Engineer
Stacey came to us from Information Handling Services in 1994 to help develop our technical support department.
